Folk Roundabout

It's Back!  Online!

Clubs for Live Folk Music, Acoustic Song, Dance & Customs. - Anything live with no backing tracks!

This website does take time to update, but , as I am a big believer in finding what are basically, Social Evenings with like-minded people, in places that are safe, welcoming, friendly, supportive and encouraging.

Regardless of whether you need to use music, tablets, etc . Orchestras do, so I have no problem with that. it does not detract from the sheet joy of song/poems etc.

I am finding myself visiting as many clubs as I can to share then with you, so if you don't see me for a while, that's why.

I am also big believer in keeping our Heritage Alive.

THE ROVING REPORTER

If you miss that deadline, it's still quicker than a printed version, so, unless you are a Patron, then you will have to wait until the following week.

BEING A PATRON HELPS KEEP THIS WEBSITE RUNNING, TOWARDS ELECTRIC & HEATING, AS I HAVE TO BE AT HOME WHEN UPDATING YOUR EVENTS, WHICH TAKES HOURS OF MY VERY BUSY LIFE IN ORDER TO CREATE PUBLICITY FOR BOTH THE WEBSITE AND VENUES & ACTS.

CHARITY FUND RAISING EVENTS AND MUSIC FESTIVALS ARE FREE .

This made it all worth while. A chap came up to me and thanked me for running this website, as it had opened up so many things for him.
