Open mic, with guest artists/bands (last Monday of the month).

PA and sound engineer provided… first Monday of the month is acoustic night.

The evening is compered by an informal rota of regulars. More volunteers always needed!

All music genres encouraged and accepted.. in the words of Louis Armstrong.. "all music is folk music, I ain't ever seen a horse sing a song. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

Our current host venue is small but perfectly formed and the room is accessible to those with mobility issues

It is important to turn up early if you want a good spot!

Performances will tend to be in situ (you play where you're sat) especially if it is a busy night.

We have an early start and an early finish due to the particular nature of the venue.

Dependent as it is on the Station's Public Conveniences, Tite&Locke closes earlier than most pubs, so we have to wrap up by 10:15pm (because that's when the Station Master locks up the toilets).

There is FREE PARKING in all the surrounding streets after 6pm when the Zone Parking Permit rule is relaxed until 8am the following day.

Dog-friendly and under-18s welcome with adult accompaniment. We’re open to all genres—just play what sparks joy! Pop your name on the board and have a go. Usually, performers get around 3 songs, but if time allows, we try to give everyone a chance to play more. Join a friendly community of local musicians and music lovers in a cosy pub in the heart of Rawtenstall. Full PA provided, cask ales on tap, and live music every session. All levels welcome—from beginners to pros. Come and have a go!
