Eric Johansen "Reconciliation" 4th May 2020
"I heard Joan Edmundson sing this a year or two ago and loved it. It is on my list of new songs to try in lockdown so I thought I might give it a go. Since I discovered the brilliance of John Wright on Friday and heard him do it I nearly had second thoughts but hey ho. I tried it in John's key but I might drop it a tone once I have learned it properly."

"Here's a song that was written by Ian Tyzack especially for the Saltburn 160 Festival 2021. It's performed by Ian, although you might recognise the backdrop from my own offerings 🙂 It's called Saltburn Shore.." (John Dunleavy)

John Dunleavy "Dancing At Whitsun" 7th April 2020
"I listened to Clifford Blakey play an instrumental, The Week Before Easter, by Martin Simpson, on Covideo, a few days ago, and it immediately reminded my of a song that Tim Hart sang on an album called Summer Solstice, which he recorded in 1971, with Maddy Prior, after they joined Steeleye Span. It's called Dancing At Whitsun. So I've dug it out of my archives, and here it is."
